1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the MarkIQ SI website at markiqsi.com, our Telegram bot, our courses and classes, and our tools (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use MarkIQ SI

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for making sure that trading, and using services like ours, is legal where you live.

3. Your account

You log in with a secure link sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe, because anyone who can read it can open your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Give us accurate information, and do not create accounts for other people or share your account.

4. Education and information, not advice

Everything on MarkIQ SI, including alerts, news summaries, Ask MarkIQ answers, scanner results, courses and classes, is for education and information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

You make your own trading decisions and you are fully responsible for them. Consider getting advice from a licensed professional before you trade.

5. Trading risk

Trading forex, commodities, indices, stocks and crypto, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of losing money, and you can lose more than you expect. Past market reactions and backtest results do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

6. Tools, trading bots and MT5

Our tools, including the Risk Calculator, Prop Challenge Tracker, Market Scanner, Bot Builder and Trading Journal, are aids to help you learn and plan. They can contain errors, and their results depend on the information you enter.

Bots you create run on your own MetaTrader 5 account, under your control. We never ask for or store your trading password. You are responsible for testing every bot on a demo account, setting safe limits, watching it when it runs live, and switching it off when needed. We are not responsible for trades placed by your bot.

Prop firms set their own rules. Always check your firm’s rules directly; our tracker cannot guarantee that you will pass a challenge.

7. Market data

We take economic data from official sources and show the source with each number. Data can still be delayed, revised or wrong, and our systems can fail. We provide data "as is" and cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or on time.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. This includes trying to break or overload our systems, scraping or reselling our content or data, sharing paid course material, using the Service for anything illegal, or pretending to be MarkIQ SI or someone else.

9. Your content

Strategies, journal entries and bots you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the Service to you. If we later offer a marketplace to sell bots or indicators, separate terms will apply to it.

10. Our content

Our courses, lessons, text, designs, logo and software belong to MarkIQ SI. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or publish them without our written permission.

11. Paid services

MarkIQ SI is free at launch. If we introduce paid courses, classes or plans, we will show the price and any refund terms clearly before you pay.

12. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, MarkIQ SI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses that come from using the Service, our data, our tools or bots you create. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or our systems at risk.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service grows. If we make important changes, we will tell you on the website or by email before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith, and if it cannot be settled, it will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
